By using SoccerVistaPredict (“the site”, “we”, “us”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms sit alongside our privacy policy, refund policy and disclaimer.

We publish football predictions produced by a statistical model, with the probabilities and fair odds behind them. Most of it is free: daily predictions across many markets, match previews, results and our blog.

Premium is a paid package that adds a daily 2-odds double and support. We don't take bets or hold money for betting — we're an information service only.

• You must be at least 18, or the legal betting age where you live if that is higher.
• You are responsible for making sure betting is legal where you are. Don't buy Premium where it isn't.

• Give us accurate details (name, email, phone and country) and keep them up to date in your profile.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Premium access is personal and can't be shared or transferred.

• Packages and prices are shown on the Premium page. Prices depend on your country and are shown in your local currency.
• You pay by bank transfer or mobile money, then upload your receipt and transaction reference. We check every payment by hand and switch Premium on as soon as it is confirmed.
• Your package runs for the number of days shown, counted from the moment it is activated.
• Nothing renews automatically. Extending adds days to the end of your current package, so you never lose time.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

• Use the site lawfully and only for your own information.
• Don't resell, republish or share Premium tips, and don't copy our predictions or content in bulk, by hand or with automated tools.
• Don't try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or submit false payment details.

The site's text, predictions, design, logo and graphics belong to SoccerVistaPredict or the people who license them to us. Team names, crests and league logos belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.

Every prediction is a probability. Even our most confident picks lose some of the time, and past results don't guarantee future ones. You decide what to bet and how much, and you carry the risk. Read the full disclaimer.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses or for any indirect loss arising from using the site. If we are ever liable to you for a Premium purchase, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that package.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — for example by sharing Premium tips or submitting false payment proof. Where Premium is ended for a breach, the remaining days are not refunded.

The site links to other websites, including bookmakers and social channels. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
