Refund policy

• Once your Premium package is active, it can't be refunded — including for days you don't use and tips that lose.
• If something goes wrong with the payment itself, we put it right: see the cases below.
• Nothing renews automatically, so you are never charged without choosing to pay.

Premium is a digital service. You pay by bank transfer or mobile money, upload your receipt, and we check the payment by hand before switching Premium on. Because the tips are delivered as soon as your package starts, we can't take them back — which is why activated packages are final. Please read the package details before you pay.

• An active package, in full or for the days left on it.
• Losing tips or betting losses of any kind. Predictions are never guaranteed — see our disclaimer.
• A package you no longer want after it has been activated.
• A package ended because the account broke our terms, for example by sharing Premium tips.
• A package bought where betting is not legal. It is your responsibility to check before you pay.

We couldn't confirm your payment. If money reached us but we couldn't match it to your order — a wrong amount or missing reference, say — we'll contact you. We'll either activate the package it pays for or return the money.

You paid twice. If you pay for the same package twice by mistake, we'll return the second payment, or add it as extra Premium days if you prefer.

A fault on our side. If a technical problem on our side stops you seeing your Premium tips, we'll add the missed days to your package.

Email soccervistapredict@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment, from the address on your account, with your transaction reference and what went wrong. You can also reach us on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Approved refunds are sent back to the account the payment came from, in the same currency. Your bank or mobile money provider decides how long it takes to arrive.
